Empowering hearts and minds through the power of faith
We believe in providing opportunities for all students in our care to foster a love for learning and strive for excellence in all aspects of their lives. This includes the underpinnings of a strong faith based foundation.
Key to this is a strong education on the Catholic faith, aimed at helping children and young adults deepen their understanding and appreciation of the Church鈥檚 teachings.
Our Religious Education Program
Our curriculum is built to support personal and communal transformation. In the early years, our Kindergarten through Year 2 curriculum is grounded in the early learning approaches of Maria Montessori and Sofia Cavalletti, acknowledging that students are spiritual and physical beings.
Through the use of concrete materials, students are given time and space to reflect on what they have learned, connecting liturgy and Scripture.
Year 3 to Year 10 syllabus provides essential components of knowledge and understanding, skills, and an appreciation of our rich Catholic tradition. The development of the new curriculum is modelled using a similar approach to other subject areas. The same level of attainment can be achieved as in other key subject areas such as English and Maths. Learning is organised into 5 area strands including God & Religion, Jesus & Scripture, Morality & Justice, Church and Community, and Prayer, Liturgy & Sacraments.
A unique feature of our syllabus is the integration of Youth Ministry Principles of Connection, Proclamation, and Response. In Year 11 and 12, students can choose between Studies in Catholic Thought or Studies of Religion.

The competition is open to all 妖精动漫 Broken Bay students from Kindergarten to Year 10. To enter this competition please contact your local Catholic Broken Bay school.
Year 7 鈥 Belong Day
This exciting initiative, part of the 妖精动漫 Youth Ministry International (CSYMI) program, is designed to provide a joyful festival experience for year 7 students in the first five weeks of Term 1.
At 鈥楤elong鈥, your child will have the opportunity to connect with their faith in a unique and interactive way, while also fostering a sense of community and belonging within their 妖精动漫 school and the wider Diocese of Broken Bay community. Created to support year 7 students early in their secondary school journey, 鈥楤elong鈥 aims to meet students at various levels of their faith journey and remind them of the importance of belonging to their school community.
