At Ñý¾«¶¯Âþ Broken Bay, we provide quality Catholic education to more than 18,000 students. Our leaders serve our community, facilitating the work of staff, journeying with our families and collaborating with our parish priests.
Ñý¾«¶¯Âþ Broken Bay (CSBB) Board
The Board is responsible for setting the strategy for approval by the member, for oversighting the delivery of the strategy and are the custodians of the values under which CSBB operates.
Director of Schools
The Director of Schools has the delegation from the Board to conduct the operations of the CSBB school system. Working closely with each of the system leaders, the Director is responsible for ensuring each of the strategic initiatives are delivered.
System Leaders
including Principals
The Senior Executives including local System Leaders and Principals are responsible for the delivery of the strategy particularly including faith and learning outcomes for our students. Principals are the primary contact point for each of the schools CSBB operates.
Board
Since incorporating in 2025, Ñý¾«¶¯Âþ Broken Bay (CSBB) has been governed by a Board of Directors. Very Rev Dr David Ranson, in his current capacity as the Diocesan Administrator Diocese Broken Bay, is the Sole Member of Ñý¾«¶¯Âþ Broken Bay Limited.
The Board of CSBB brings together distinguished leaders from across education, finance, governance, and pastoral life to guide the strategic direction of Catholic education in the Diocese. Each Director is deeply committed to oversighting the delivery of our vision to provide an ‘authentic, Catholic professional education delivered with care and compassion’.
Chaired by Ian Saines, the Board combines spiritual leadership with strategic, academic, and financial expertise, ensuring that the CSBB achieves its mission, strategic goals and objectives.
